This project explores the creation of a unique vigilante navigating a devastated Pokémon universe. The character’s design blends rugged survival elements with iconic Pokémon-inspired motifs, reflecting both resilience and a deep connection to the world’s altered ecosystem. Concept development focused on balancing humanity and grit—showcasing scars of past battles, improvised gear, and symbolic accessories that hint at the character’s mission to protect the vulnerable in a lawless, chaotic landscape. Personality and backstory were shaped to highlight themes of justice, loss, and hope amid ruin, making the vigilante a complex figure driven by both personal pain and a fierce sense of responsibility.
